Overview of Programs & Opportunities

TITLE SPONSOR

– The Title Sponsor’s name would be included in the wordmark and title of the show. This would include being used every time the words “Pet Health Expo/Los Angeles” or Pet Health Expo/LA” appears in ALL internal/external show branding and marketing communications programs and initiatives including, but not limited to, all social media marketing, advertising, publicity, apparel, and promotion of the in-person show:

 

“The (XYZ Company) Pet Health Expo/Los Angeles

 

No other Company, Brand or Product would be identified as a “Presenting Sponsor”, “Sponsor” or “Co-Sponsor” of the show.

PRESENTING SPONSOR

– The Exclusive Presenting Sponsor’s name would be included in the title of the show in ALL external show branding and marketing communications programs and initiatives including, but not limited to, all social media platforms, advertising, publicity and promotion of the show:

 

Pet Health Expo/Los Angeles presented by XYZ COMPANY

 

No other Company, Brand or Product would be identified as the “Title Sponsor” a “Presenting Sponsor”, “Sponsor”. or “Co-Sponsor” of the show itself

CO-SPONSORS

– The two Co-Sponsors’ names would be included immediately following the name/ title of the show in either the same sentence or in the immediately following sentence when and wherever feasible in ALL external show branding and marketing communications programs and initiatives including, but not limited to, all social media platforms, advertising, publicity and promotion of the show:

Pet Health Expo/Los Angeles” is sponsored by “ABC” and “XYZ’.

 

No other Companies, Brands or Products would be identified or presented as the show’s “Co-Sponsors”, “Presenting Sponsor”, “Title Sponsor

 

PARTNERS' PRODUCT SAMPLING PROGRAM #1

– Product Sampling & Promotion done from 10′ x 20′ Branded Exhibitor Booth

– Includes Partner’s Logo on Backdrop

– Limited to 4 Promotional Partners/Samples per Booth (No competing Products)

– 1 Product Sample given out per person

– Promotional Materials Displayed on Table

– Given out by trained show team members familiar with the product

– Minimum of 1,000 samples distributed per Partner / Maximum Total 7,000

– Each Promotional Partner will be given a Free Virtual Booth directly linked to their

  Website/ E-Commerce store

– $0.75 per sample

– Booth Sampling & Promotion Program Cost = $750 to $5,250

PARTNERS' PRODUCT SAMPLING PROGRAM #2

– 500 VIP SWAG Bags given out to Key Pet Influencers; Members of the Press;

 Celebrities, VIP Guests, Bloggers, Podcasters & Educational Session Participants

 Media Luncheon Attendees

– Insert 1 product Sample/Coupon/Promo Sheet/QR Code in VIP SWAG BAGS

– Limit of 2 product Samples per bag

– Each Promotional Partner will be given a Virtual Booth at No Extra Cost if not an Exhibitor

– $2.00/sample

– Sampling Program #2 Cost = $1,000

PARTNERS' PRODUCT SAMPLING PROGRAM #3

– Insert 1 Product Sample or Coupon in Attendee Bag prior to distribution

 

– 7,500 bags will be handed out

 

– Limit of 1 Product Sample or Insert per Company

 

– Cost based on a per thousand bag basis up to 7,000 bags

 

– Minimum of 1,000 bags per Partner

 

– Each Partner will be given a Virtual Booth at No Extra Cost if not an Exhibitor

 

– $0.40 per sample

 

– Sampling Program #3 Cost = $400-$2,800

20 EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS - BRANDING PARTNER

– Each of the 20, 45 minute Educational Sessions will be held in separate conference room adjacent to the show floor every hour on the half hour during all 3 days of the show and will be free to ticket holders.

 

– Each session will be limited to an audience size of 200 people. Entry to each session will be on a first come first serve basis.

 

–  Each Session will, also, be webcasted live on the virtual version of the show as well as fed live into the Press & Pet Influencer Room

 

– Each webcasted session will be branded with the Partner’s name using a green screen backdrop.

 

– All sessions will all be archived and made available to the Branding Partner for social media marketing and traditional marketing communication purposes on a limited rights basis.

 

– Signage within the show itself promoting the Educational Sessions will be branded with the Branding Partner’s name/logo

 

– All DJ announcements promoting each session will include the Branding Partner’s name

 

– The conference room entrance and show facing wall will be branded with the Partner’s name

 

– Branding Partner’s name will be included in all marketing communication materials and press releases promoting the event and educational sessions

 

– Branding Partner will be given a Virtual Booth at No Extra Cost if not already an Exhibitor

 

– Branding Partner will be able to be the exclusive creator & primary participant in two of the sessions

 

– Branding Partner will be given the limited use rights of all session attendee contact information and data

 

– Branding Partnership Cost = $20,000

PET ADOPTION CENTER - BRANDING PARTNER

– A section of the show floor will be identified as The Adoption Center and feature approximately 15 animal rescue organizations & shelters each of whom has been given a 10’x10′ exhibit booth at no charge. Together these organizations will showcase approximately 100 dogs & cats who are available for adoption

–  Branding Partner will have the entire adoption area branded with their name/logo


– Branding Partner’s name would appear in all internal & external marketing communication materials

– Adoption Center’s Branding Partner’s name and/or logo would appear on the home page/entrance to the virtual version of the show and would be the sole Partner identified on the Adoption Center landing page of the virtual version of PHE/LA


– Branding Partner will receive a Free Virtual Booth if not an Exhibitor at the In-Person Show

– Branding Partnership Cost = $7,500

PET INFLUENCER & MEDIA LUNCHEON - BRANDING PARTNER

– Buffet Luncheon will be for both registered Key Pet Influencers (Dogs & Cats) & their human partners, registered members of traditional & online media, podcasters and bloggers

– Buffets for both Key Pet Influencers and Humans will be served

– Buffet Luncheon for Key Pet Influencers will feature Branding Partner’s products (If Sponsor is a food/treat exhibitor

– Luncheon to take place at PHE/LA from 12:30 to 2:30pm on Friday, October 21 to kick-off & celebrate opening of PHE/LA

 – Luncheon Space within the venue branded with Branding Partner’s Name/Logo

  – Partner’s name included in all Invitations and Press Releases

  – Partner can place 1 product sample or coupon or business card in SWAG Bag

  – Partner can display up to 3 promo items on tables

  – Luncheon Branding Sponsor Partner will be given a Free Virtual Booth if not an Exhibitor

  – Branding Partnership Cost = $2,500

WRIST BANDS - BRANDING PARTNER

– Multi-color wrist bands used for entry into the show

– Will be put on the wrist of all attendees, exhibitors, & PHE/LA show staff

– 10,000 Wrist Bands

– Branding Partner’s name and/or logo will be printed on each wristband

– Branding Partnership Cost = $2,000

ATTENDEE SHOPPING BAGS - BRANDING PARTNER

– Branding Partner’s Name & Logo would appear on one side of the bag, PHE/LA Logo would be on the other


– 7,500 bags would be printed and handed out to show attendees as they enter the show


– Branding Partner will receive a Free Virtual Booth if not an Exhibitor at the In-Person Show

– Branding Partnership Cost = $5,000

VIP SWAG BAGS - BRANDING PARTNER

– 500 VIP SWAG Bags given out to Key Pet Influencers; Members of the Press; Celebrities, VIP Guests, Bloggers, Podcasters & Educational Session Participants

– Branding Partner would have their logo printed on 1 side of the bag and the PHE/LA logo would be on the other side

– Branding Partner would be allowed to place 1 product or coupon in each bag

– Branding Partner will receive a Free Virtual Booth if not an Exhibitor at the In-Person Show

– Branding Partnership Cost = $1,500

IN-PERSON SHOW - ADVERTISING PARTNERS

No other Company, Brand or Product would be identified as a “Presenting Sponsor”, “Sponsor” or “Co-Sponsor” of the show.

 

– The Title Sponsor’s name would be included in the word mark and title of the virtual version of the show and every time it’s used in ALL internal/external branding and marketing communications programs and initiatives promoting the Virtual Show including, but not limited to, all social media marketing, advertising, publicity and promotion of the virtual show. The Title Sponsor’s name would be included on both the home page as well as on all landing pages.

 

– The Title Sponsor would be the first company scheduled to be seen and photographed with  key pet influencers attending the show

 

– The Title Sponsor’s 10’x20′ Exhibit Booth will be front and center when entering thru the main and only entrance to the show floor

 

– The Title Sponsor’s Digital Booth would be the first booth seen by visitors to the virtual show.

 

– The Title Sponsor’s signage will be the predominant exhibitor signage throughout the lobby of the building housing the venue.

 

– The Title Sponsor’s name will be on all “Step & Repeats” both inside and outside the venue, and will be one of only four logos appearing on it

 

– Exclusive Sponsor will Receive a Free Virtual Booth if not an Exhibitor at the In-Person Show

 

 

– The Title Sponsor would be allowed to park its branded promotional vehicle in the parking space (s) adjacent to the main lobby entrance of the venue

 

– The Title Sponsor would receive attendee data including email addresses and any other marketing-related data of all attendees who have purchased tickets via

Eventbrite, the event’s exclusive seller of tickets.

 

– The Title Sponsor would have the exclusive naming rights for only the Pet Health Expo/Los Angeles event being held from October 21 thru October 23, 2022 but would be given the right of first refusal to become the Title/Naming Sponsor for all subsequent shows created, produced and owned by Pet Health Expos LLC including, but not limited to, all future Pet Health Expo/Los Angeles and Pet Health Expo/New York shows

– The Exclusive Presenting Sponsor’s 10’x20′ Exhibit Booth will be front and center when entering thru the main and only entrance to the show floor

 

– The Exclusive Presenting Sponsor’s Digital Booth would be the first booth seen by visitors to the virtual show.

 

– The Exclusive Presenting Sponsor’s Name/Logo will be the predominant one throughout the lobby of the building which houses the venue

 

– The Exclusive Presenting Sponsor’s name will be on all “Step & Repeats” both inside and outside the venue, and will be one of only four names/logos appearing on it
