Rules for Pets

  1. The only pets allowed are those that are apart of exhibitor booths and invited pet influencers.

  2. Only bring your pet along if he/she is well behaved, non-aggressive and doesn’t get stressed out in crowded, stimulating and noisy situations.  If your pet is reactive, aggressive or fearful, this is NOT the event for you. Our job is to keep everyone safe – both pets AND people – and we take that job very seriously. Even the most laid back and easy-going pets can behave differently when surrounded by thousands of strangers, other animals, exited small children, wheelchairs and more. Your pet will be exposed to dogs barking, people speaking loudly on microphones, crowds, clapping and cheering. You know your pet best, so please use your best judgement to make sure that your pet will enjoy the day just as much as you will.

  3. All dogs and cats much be current on age-appropriate rabies vaccines. Vaccines can take up to two weeks to take effect and your pet will not be protected against catching illness or diseases from other animals until then. We want to you to understand that some pets may be ill and not exhibit symptoms – without current vaccines, you could be putting your pet at risk here today(or at any gathering which includes numerous pets.)

  4. Puppies and kittens attending the show must be of age to be fully vaccinated. This is 16 weeks for dogs and 8 weeks for kittens. Baby animals have an immature immune system, another pet, who may be ill or diseased (and may not even be showing symptoms yet) could pass along that illness to your new baby.

  1. Dogs must be on a fixed lead or a locked retractable lead – no longer than 6 feet – at all times. If you only have a flexi-lead, we can direct you to exhibitors who have fixed leads available for purchase. Cats must be in a carrier, crate, stroller, or using a specifies-appropriate lead or harness.

  3. No Contagious illness. If your pets appear ill in anyway you may be asked to leave.
