Yes, parking is $20 per vehicle per day. Sorry! There will also be street parking around the venue. We suggest carpooling. 

Exhibitors will be allowed to bring pets if they will play an active role in the promotion of your products and/or services. Max 2 per booth at one time. Pets will need to be registered no-later than October 7, 2022. Proof of vaccination and other shots will be required at that time. Please email info@PetHealthExpo.com for an Exhibitor Pet Registration Form.

Each 10’x10′ booth purchased includes 4 Exhibitor Badges valid for all 3 days of the show. Names of the employees staffing the booth will need to be provided to show management by October 7, 2022 so that we can issue personalized badges. Each 10’x10′ booth exhibitor, also, receives 6 free show tickets. Should you require additional staff badges please email info@pethealthexpo.com.

Load-in will be the day before the show on Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 9am to 5pm. Late arriving Exhibitors will, also, be allowed to move in from 8am-10am on the morning of the first day of the show on Friday, April 14, 2023.

Load-out is either the last day of the show, Sunday, October 23, 202,  between 6:30pm and 8:30pm or on Monday, October 24, 2022 between 8am and 12 noon. Exhibitor booth’s will be required to remain open until 6pm after which time booth’s may be broken down.

We prefer that the overwhelming majority of the products you sell are related to pet health and wellness. However, if you have a few other complimentary products that you’d like to sell we ask that you please limit the number. If you are unsure, please contact show management or let us know on your application.

Yes. There is free Wi-Fi available for all Exhibitors.

Yes. Exhibitors will have the option of being hooked up to electricity during the load-in period or anytime prior to the show’s opening at 12 noon on Friday, October 21, 2022. Please let us know in your application.

Each 10′ x 10′ booth includes standard pipe and drape, identifying signage, one 8′ table and 2 folding chairs. Also included are 4 Exhibitor Badges and 6 free Show Tickets.

As long as the requested booth space is within the same price category and not occupied, you may contact us to change your booth location. You can upgrade your booth for an additional fee. There will be no changes within 14 days of the show.
